Shipping - We process all orders as promptly as possible. We ship UPS or US Postal Service, whichever is best for your order. Some orders may have items that are shipped separately. See our order form for packaging and shipping charges. If merchandise is damaged during shipping, keep all packaging and damaged merchandise and contact US Postal Service or UPS.

Please Note: Because of recent substantial increases in U.S. Postal rates and UPS rates, we can no longer offer free shipping on backorders. We will, however, keep shipping costs on backorders as reasonalble as possible.

Refunds - No refunds or credits on threads, cut canvas or fabric, or on special orders. Other merchandise may be returned for store credit or refund within ten days. Any items for return must be unopened and the merchandise must be in its original condition. We cannot refund postage.

Periodically we will mail flyers with specials and new items. Printed catalogs are available at $6.00 each.
