Guidelines for accepted items

Fireside Stitchery eBay items

1. Needlework items only
2. Items must be clean, undamaged, and odor-free
3. "Big Box" store (Walmart, Hobby Lobby, etc.) items not accepted
4. No broken items or items with missing parts
5. No overly large/heavy items including wooden stands, furniture, framed pictures, or finished pillowed
6. No electric/battery powered items
7. Only original Copyright material accepted - no photocopies
8. No loose pages from magazines or books
9. No used needles/tacks/knitting needles or other sharp items
10. No miscellaneous unlabeled sewing or cross stitch fabric
11. No plastic canvas or plastic canvas kits
12. No VHS tapes
13. No sewing computer software

Magazines/Books/Charts

1. No cross-stitch magazines older than 10 years
2. No other needlework magazines older than 20 years
3. No books older than 20 years
4. No pre-2000 cross stitch charts.
5. No Leisure Arts or mass distribution cross stitch charts

Threads (including knitting and crochet)

1. Threads MUST be labeled by manufacturer and color
2. Partial cards/skeins accepted, but must have at least 1/3 remaining
3. For 6-ply cotton floss, only DMC, Anchor, and Eva Rosenstand will be accepted and must be in new/almost new condition

Canvas (painted or blank)

1. No Yellowed or brittle canvas
2. No faded printed canvas
3. No small or odd size piece of blank canvas
